1. The service
StayGu provides digital guest guides for accommodation hosts, a directory for local businesses, and an AI concierge for guests. Guests can use guides without creating an account.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
- You are responsible for the content you publish, including property instructions and business details.
- You may request deletion of your account at any time from your settings.
3. Business listings
Listings are reviewed before publication and may be rejected or suspended if they are inaccurate, misleading or unlawful. Paid plans increase visibility but do not guarantee customers, bookings or traffic. Paid placements are labelled as Sponsored or Promoted.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Prices are in EUR. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. When you cancel, paid features remain active until the end of the current paid period. Trials may require a valid payment method.
5. Guest extras
Hosts may sell optional extras to guests. The host is responsible for fulfilling extras. StayGu charges a platform commission on eligible extras transactions.
6. AI concierge
The AI concierge gives automatic answers generated by AI, using information provided by hosts and approved businesses. It can make mistakes; guests should confirm important details with the host or business directly.
